Sibs background in swimming almost started at birth, learning to swim before she could walk. A Southern Counties Champion and national finalist, in her teens she won a Scholarship to attend the highly prestigious Millfield school with a pedigree for sporting excellence.
Before turning her attention to triathlon, Sibs was a successful bi-athlete representing England and winning national medals.
Now a qualified Swimming Teacher and level II BTF Coach Sibyl last represented GB back in 1999 at the World Championships having won the British National Age group Championships that season. Following a period of illness Sibs returned to the sport as a coach working closely with the Nottingham based club TFN and is now a full time coach at Les-Stables.
Philosophy:
The difference between you and an Olympic champion is just training.

"I'll race again next year!"

Neil comes from a background in a number of sports including Football and a whole host of other sports. However, Neil turned his focus to cycling late in his sporting career following a serious back injury which prevented him from running and now it remains his major sporting focus.
Neil Continues to divide his time between work in South East Asia his home in France with and increased emphasis on spending more time on the bike at Les-Stables.
Philosophy:
Individuality is what makes us special, recognising it and adapting to it is what can make us great.
Favourite saying:
"A low fat diet is more effective than carbon fibre"
Likes:
Curry, Beer, Cycling... not necessarily in that order.

Mark has an Honours Degree in Sport Science and a career background in a number of sports including both Professional Cycling and Triathlon promotions. In addition as a qualified ASA Swim Teaching Certificate Mark's background in sports science and coaching offers the benefit of a detailed knowledge in a range of areas including program development, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
Mark continues to develop and promote triathlon and cycling events throughout the world but is now principally occupied with his role as a permanent coach at Les-Stables.

"Development in sport is simply about programming in progression into everything you do."

"Get on my wheel and you'll get second" ...if only I was that quick.
