Booking and Pricing

Please start by checking the availability on the website schedule and then contact us via our online Booking Enquiry page where you will be requested to supply the following information:

Your Name
Daytime telephone number
Preferred dates
The number of people in your party
Any specific requirements that you may have

We will endeavour to contact you within two working days to confirm availability and discuss your requirements in more detail.

Once we are able to confirm your availability you should book either your flights or ferry bookings as necessary. See our 'Getting to Les-Stables' advice page for flights and ferry information.

All reservations are provisional and are held open for one week until we receive confirmation that you have successfully made your travel arrangements.

Once your travel arrangements have been made we will forward the confirmation booking forms to you which you should fill out and return to us along with any due payments (see below).

Payments
The booking form should be forwarded to us, together with a deposit of 50% of the package price per person (unless booking 8 weeks or less before arrival, in which case full payment must be made at the time of booking).

Upon receipt of your Confirmed Booking Form and all appropriate payments, Les-Stables will confirm your booking by issuing a booking confirmation and receipt. Please check this confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it and raise any queries immediately.

The balance of the payment must be received by us within 4 weeks of the initial booking confirmation.
